The Ecstasy of Freedom book two begins with Jasper changing his mind about staying with the Indian tribe and leaving for California with a wagon train as a guide and scout. This being among Historical Fiction Books,  book two is filled not only with adventure and perils on the way west, but with Jasper being taught many traits; such as delivering a trail herd, trapping, building a cabin, building a temporary road and many other things that should benefit him in later years. Although these are fiction books, the teachings are about things that I have personally done.

The Ecstasy of Freedom book three  begins with Jasper leaving for San Francisco to find a way to get training as an attorney Although Jasper felt fairly safe, being so far away from the plantation, he could still be associated with Slave Stories because he knew that he would never be free from Master George; he was so hungry for power that he would never free anyone. And Jasper was still worried that the wrong person would learn his identity and return him for the reward. Even though he was trying to keep it a sccret, he knew that at least three prople already knew that he was a runaway slave.

Mysterious Emily is a humorous mystery and success story about Nathan and Dolores Williamson and their two daughters, Emily and Saralee. It can be identified with Historical Romance Novels because of the love and consideration shown between not only Nathan and Dolores, but among the family. The love and determination of their youngest daughter, Saralee contributed a lot to the success of the family in overcoming personal problems and problems associated with the depression years.  

Hair Affair is a humorous book, a success story, about a trapper, Harry Watkins that became afraid to trap alone in the Great Rocky Mountains. It becomes one of the Historical Romance Novels and involves Harry's daughter and a man from New York that hired Harry to take him trapping. The man was an expert with firearms and knives, but wanted to raise his hand and talk to the Indians that were coming to attack them. It has a surprising and successful ending..

Camping in Alaska is a humorous book, mainly about my experiences while living and campint in Alaska. It describes many areas and scenic points about the state; places you should visit and things you should see while you are visiting Alaska; and you should definitely visit the state; it is indeed the last frontier and you will never forget the experience. This in another of my Online e-Books available as e-Book Downoads.They are listed as more electronic books. 

These six books were written for your enjoyment and for mine as well. What enjoyment would I have if I thought someone was reading one of my books merely for one reason; I  paid  money for this book and I must read it? The answer is "NONE."   I have put my whole self into these six books; physically by many trips to the library checking history books, getting dates; when the Civil War began and when it ended; when the railroad was completed across country when the golden spikc was driven and other times and places that needed to be accurate for the events mentioned.  Mentally by agonizing over; "is that the way that I really did it and is that the way that it really happened?"

You might mistakenly say, "They are only fiction books, so there was no need for the fuss about dates and descriptions of places" But even though it is fiction there is a lot of myself in these books. From this endeavor emerged five Historical Romance Novels and one book about Camping in Alaska; about my own experiences.The Ecstasy of Freedom books are about Jasper, a runaway slave, identified with Slave Stories. Although Jasper is a fictitious name, to me he seens like a real person.

These being Realistic Fiction Books, I have taught Jasper to do almost all of the things that I have done during my lifetime, making them Historic Fiction Books, descriptions of which you will find in About the Author found in the navigation menu, in the site map and in paperback books. For my e-Book Readers, also in e-Book Downloads. They could also be termed; Civil War Historical Fiction because they begin before and end after the Civil War and even though the Civil War does not involve Jasper, it is mentioned many times.

Once you begin reading The Ecstasy of Freedom you will be compelled to finish all three books. The New York Times review panel apparrently felt the same way about my writing. The Other Electronic Books, mentioned above and offered  on this website as \e-Book Downloads, will also hold you captive. and you will be motivated to reas all three. Mysterious Emily will definitely keep you intrigued; it is a humorous book as well as a mystery. You will definitely enjoy it as has everyone that has read it. Hair Affair is also humorous and is a  success story for my e-Book Readers about a trapper in the Rocky Mountains during the eighteen hundreds, described under it's title on the More Electronic Books page. Camping in Alaska will definitely grab you. It describes many humorous things that happened over the years both in Alaska and outside, as we refer to the other states.

Once you begin reading any or all of these books you will be motivated to finish each and every one of them. As with Camping in Alaska, everything that I have written is consistent in the fact that they contain things that have happened over my many years or from my own imagination and research; with nothing deliberately copied from any other person's work
